The GFXC has developed two Templates intended to increase transparency on execution algorithms as addressed in Principle 18 of the FX Global Code.
The Algo Due Diligence Template aims to provide a methodology of how information about execution algorithms can be shared. The standardised questionnaire should allow users to gain a meaningful understanding of the respective algorithm whilst facilitating comparisons across algorithms from multiple providers.
The TCA Data Template suggests a standardised data set that providers of algorithmic execution can make available to their clients for the purpose of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA).
All Market Participants are encouraged to review the two templates below, alongside the instructions, to understand how and when to use the Templates.
